Yes.

It would just be quite a bit slower, but you could still glue on all the ribs during one very long day.

If you are using the same radius all ribs, you could make the curved caul portion integral with the unit. If you are using different radii, you would need to make the curved cauls removable so that you could use the proper radius caul for the particular rib you are gluing.
