Tom, I have to agree with what Mr.William Ballard said on this subject.

$175 documentation fee sounds like another way of getting the customer to
pay for moving without papers saying so. Not knowing Illinois law and how
things like that work, that's what it looks like. The dealership I do work
for states the moving charges on the bill of sale.

You're right..something smells bad there.
