'What I didn't mention is that this piano has two pressure bars. One is
across the bass strings. It's actually nice because the strings make a
straight beeline from bridge pin to tuning pin--no agraffs, no upper
pins, no sharp angles, etc. The hitch pins for the longest strings on
both bridges are smack up against the bottom board and hard to see or
get to behind the pedal trapwork. Rusty loops suggest a brief flooding
sometime in the last 60 years or so.
