I assume your asking about speaking length. The answer is NO. There are usually great variations at the first few notes above the bass break and again at any break. Some dog leg the bridge at the break and some don't. That will give a substantial variation. Don't take much variation to change a speaking length enough for one wire size. Just measure them all. I also assume you are asking with regard to rescaling. I wouldn't trust two of the same model to have an accurate or identical speaking length.
