All,
I wish ya'll would forget graphite even existed. It has no place in a piano,
IMO! There are better substances to use, such as Teflon, Talc, etc. If the
leather is hard OR if it isn't leather then either a softening agent or
replacement is in order. Graphite is a type of stone. Initially it will make
something smoother, but then it rubs off on the other part. Now you have
stone against stone! Yikes! Stop already! Please????!!!
