Hey all, I'm trying to get the touch of a two year old M&H "BB" within limits of Upweight/Downweight. I've checked ALL of the pinning, it's in specs. I properly eased all the keys, they're in specs. I buffed the capstans and coated with Emralon. The Wippen Foot Felt and the Let-off Felt has been treated with dry Teflon. The hammers were surfaced. The knuckles were bolstered, strip sanded and treated with Microfine Teflon. The hammers tails were surfaced. The key pins were cleaned, polished and sprayed with dry Teflon. The action has been Regulated to a gnat's eyebrow. Most of the U/D weights are in the 16 to 20 difference. However, there are 24 notes that are just way out of spec. These notes are interspersed through out the whole action. I've checked everything, I can think of, and am at a lose. Feedback would be appreciated!!!!
