Hi Isaac, I, for one, enjoy your posts. You have a lot of great "how-to" advice for all of us and don't hesitate to share your considerable knowledge with a clueless newbie such as myself -- in a foreign language, no less! You are one of my favorite contributors in this community. As for our mutual "friend," I think there is more to the story than what's on the surface. I think these are words of pain, not cruelty, per se. It is Christmas, after all, and for many it is a very difficult reminder of very personal losses. It's a difficult holiday for me, as well. Fortunately I am surrounded by family and friends who pull me through. Many are on this list. I suspect our "friend" may not be as fortunate. We should keep charity in our hearts and hope that next year is a better one for him.
