Yup, we used several hundred sheets of that heavy stuff. The fun part was pushing the sheets of the 7/8" OSB onto the roof! Seriously, I would estimate over 5,000 nails are in the roof sheeting alone, (thank heaven for nail guns!) That comes to about 265 racks of gun nails.
