I'm not at all one to be frightened when working with plates, but if I had walked into that home and saw that, I would have RUN quickly while telling the dude to call me after HE re-installed the screws!!! Wowee Zowee! What some folks will do. He asked the owner about it, who said, "Oh, I took them out to have them re-plated."
