You are right Ron, the sanding will help the sticking problem but usually won't solve the click problem. The only other solution that I know of consist of removing the solenoid's cover and guing a piece of electrical tape on the offending solenoid. This will make the Yoke tighter in the solenoid and goodbye click. Caution though, this will affect the plunger's playability so onehas to recalibrate the keyboard (keyboard measurement).
