YEAH !!.. we could force the guy to wear red underwear and walk back and forth
on the whitehouse lawn 100 times for saturdays lunch.... Really.....when was the
last time this disicplinary  paragraph got used... and for what ?... in anycase,
this seems more like a PTG-L topic... or what ?
