Uh, ooohhh. I hope this isn't a grey market Yamaha! I really think Yamaha's policy of not supporting grey market pianos is BS.

Tim, I'd call Yamaha at (800) 854-1569 and order a set of pedal dowels, part number T5901316. Have the serial number of the piano in front of you before you call. Clean the rod, perhaps buffing it a little on a wheel, and re-assemble. That should do it.

  I have a customer that complains about a squeak in her sustain pedal.  I have eliminated it but comes back in a couple of weeks.  Seems to be the pedal rod at the top of the hole around the bushing. Any suggestion would be appreciated.
