Drying pinblock before stringing-slight clarification.

Drying the pinblock down after drilling would not serve any purpose.  It
would not affect at all how the pins behave in the coming seasonal changes,
as that was determined much more by the EMC of the block when it was drilled
and the size drill bit you used.
