Measure from the front of the key to the balance rail pin and from the =
balance rail pin to the capstan. Divide. Should be about 2+. Less than 2 =
and you might want to move the capstan line. Shaff piano supply here in =
the states sells a very cheap gram weight set that will work. You can't =
relead (as far as I know) without one.
