Sure,  they are usually charmed by the idea.  It is a well-temperament, no 
matter what the instrument of origin may have been.

C=  2.5
C#=  0.0
D=  1.5
D#= 1.0
E= -1.5
F= 2.0
F#= -.5
G=  3.0
G#=.5
A= 0.0
A#= 1.5
B=  -1.0 

  Very subtle but very effective in dialing up the resonance in a piano.   
The C-E is only 10 cents from Just, the F#-A# is only 2 cents wider than ET, 
but it makes a big difference in the overall sound of the piano!
