Ric B wonders:

Entering the offsets.... does it make any difference what partial is being
used by RCT ? Or are these offsets based on the fundementall and a
predictable offset for each partial ? Just curious.

Hi Ric-

The assumption is that you have a method for getting a good ET with your
tool(RCT). Doesn't matter what partial is used, though if you are unsure of
RCT, you'll have to do an aurally-adjusted ET first, or work from a saved
file. If you don't normally use RCT, you may need to make some adjustments
around the bass break, or stringing break to get your octaves to come out
real nice. The custom EQ can help with this..... but only if you're using
it all the time.

Help any?
