Jose,

As with any screw (machine/wood/sheet metal), get the tip entering the hole 
then, while putting gentle pressure on the screw, slowly turn the screw in 
the OUT direction until you feel the screw drop into the groove. Then screw in.

This is a way of feeling for the established groove and avoiding 
"cross-threading" (making a new thread)  If the screw doesn't go in easily, 
you probably aren't "in the groove"...
