Stripping down a 1913 M&H upright action today - removed hammer rail felt. Under the hammer rail felt (obviously where no one would ever see it) is stamped "Wessell Nickels & Gross". Did WN&G make actions for M&H? Did M&H make their own actions and perhaps buy some parts from WN&G? Did M&H cannabalize some old WN&G actions to make this action in 1913? Just curious. Terry Farrell
