An excellent idea. The only part that bothers me is what
decides what constitutes a "qualified listener". I think a random sampling
of the general population that passes a minimum hearing test should be taken
as a listener. Of course a rap musician will probably decline the
opportunity to be a part of the test, but hey, nothing is perfect.
