List, I set up Outlook with a "OT" filter and it's working well. To avoid the problem mentioned below you need the OT in quotes. My filter is set to look for subjects with "OT", O.T. and "Off topic" and they are all going to a specific folder which I check when I have time, all other posts go to a Pianotech folder.
