Wood Drying

It seems my immediate concern is the wood drying too fast. Once the wood is down to 12% or 15% MC, a room with a dehumidifier would be fine, I'm quite sure. That is how I keep my shop real close to 43% RH at all times.

Would there be anything wrong with building a sealed
room with a dehumidifier running in it to dry lumber?
