Yes. While word of mouth is the best advertisement, the person who wants to 
call you might not always remember exactly how your name was spelled, or what 
it was, much less your phone number. All they remember is that there is a 
piano tuner living somewhere in Salem. If you are the only tuner int he 
Yellow Pages, you'll get the business. If you're not in there, they might 
call someone else, from further away. 

Take the free listing Verizon gives you. You're paying for it with the extra 
money you pay for your business line.
