Yamaha Model Question;too tight pins

Really, Terry, until the Thomaston plant stops making
the pins murderously tight: so tight that they develop
huge internal twist that makes settling unisons
virtually impossible, please steer her away from
buying any piano made there.
     But thanks for reminding me! I have been remiss
in sending that letter of complaint to Yamaha, and
will do so tonight.
