D.C. causing nausea?!

Hi Terry,

Perhaps the drier bar is causing the finish on the piano to "out gas". Do
you put on a back cover when you do your partial install? What type of
plastic is it? Perhaps she is reacting to that?

I'd have her try plugging the unit in again to see if the unit still makes
her ill.

As to refund I'd charge for two service calls--one to put the darn thing in
and another to take it out.

If you are willing to "warranty" the unit for five years I'd sell it again
at "brand new" price.
