 Name Board felt, and its like(non woven), is not really suitable for desk
slide bushing material.
 Use a key bushing type cloth (woven). The thickness really doesn't have a
function other than to keep the desk from scratching up the slides.....
btw...
thinner is easier to work with than thicker when making those sharp turns.
