That would be a square grand, Gordon, illustrating how easily an otherwise 
fine space of considerable potential can fall into a state of dubious repute.

Other than that minor glitch, the detail filigree and patina of the shop 
are filling in nicely. A few more epoxy gobs on the floor and enough dust 
in the corners to get the spiders coughing, and it will be quite 
comfortable and homey, but by then he's going to need a place with enough 
room to actually work on pianos.
