OK you asked, find a shop with a bridgeport hydraulic duplicating mill, ofte=
n=20
custom speed shops, one-off car parts garage shops have these. Bring a rough=
=20
blank and the old block and they can mill a very close match. Hydraulic trac=
er=20
mills are very oily so a pre clean-up is essential. If this sounds extreme,=20
let me say I use a regular bridgeport with a mold dupe head i designed and I=
=20
enjoy automatic duplicating. Since i'm not paying for mill time I can set ea=
ch=20
pass as fine as possible for even more accuracy. Not that i recommend buying=
 a=20
mill just for this one job. For an open-faced Knabe like a rolling ski slope=
,=20
a tracer mill wound be well worth the hassle of finding a friendly shop owne=
