In-Home Vertical Damper Replacement

I'm with Conrad on this one

Do it in the shop, you can align the felts just fine there, and whatever
small adjustments you will need to make sideways are quickly done with a
damper wire regulating tool. Besides... you will have to break that out
anyways... never seen a damper felt replacement yet that didnt require a
good deal of wire bending to get them all pulling out even with the
pedal and all at half blow.
