Face it, there isn't any money in piano technician software. =
 This is why you need to look into more of mass marketed=
 approach.  My approach is to separate the $ and customer=
 database/scheduling.  Quickbooks & Time & Chaos.  I'm not=
 looking back...example.  I just bought Office 2003 for Small=
 Business.  It has Word & Excel which I need but also Outlook and=
 a Outlook add on called Business Customer Manager.  I am looking=
 at out of curosity but my God it is so complicated.  Probably=
 great for someone sitting behind a computer all day trying to=
 sell something no one needs.  I'm sticking with simplicity.

Ed Winslow is missing a golden opportunity to conform PTBiz with=
 the PDA platform. I've talked to him on numerous occasions and=
 it doesn't seem to be going anywhere.
