It has given me an excellent understanding of what the massage therapist is doing to me, and why it feels the way it does. Are you doing your own massage? I was a little put off by the number of possible trigger point locations, and the whole pain referral thing, it seems like a lot to learn, when I can just go see Donna and get the excellent results. But I can be a real sucker for "do-it-yourself", all I would need is a little encouragement....
