---------------------- multipart/mixed attachment --=====================_5069187==.ALT Mike, I have to admit that I haven't gotten far enough along to do ALL=20 my own therapy yet. I certainly intend to with the information found in Mr.= =20 Davies book. I see no reason to pay someone else for what I can do myself=20 and really, if you think about it, no one can possibly do it like you would= =20 anyway. Just yesterday my wife and kids (girls) tried to give me a back=20 rub. The whole time was filled with " a little to the left, no ... too far,= =20 now down a bit, just a little more, etc. etc. It seems that when someone=20 else does it they're always sort of skipping over the area needed but never= =20 quite pin pointing it. The friend that gave me my copy of the book uses a=20 sock with a super ball in it and puts that between his back and the wall.=20 He finds the spot he needs right away and keeps the ball right on it while= =20 he works out the "knot". I think that's as good an argument as any for=20 doing it yourself. Another might be, just how many times can you afford to= =20 go to your therapist? best, Greg Newell At 12:54 PM 10/7/2003, you wrote: >Greg, > >Yeah, great book.
