I did in fact ask in advance about the availability of the piano. They=20
originally asked me to come at noon, but I asked if I would be interfering w=
ith=20
lunch activities and indeed lunch was from noon to one, so they told me the=20=
piano=20
would be available after one.   I came at two.  =20

If I'm asked back I'll have to be more specific about my needs...and about=20
the definition of the word "available".
