Hello David, In this business, no matter how good you are, no matter how hard 
you try.... you can't please everyone!!!!  But the worst part of this story 
is that you didn't bother to try to please yourself by giving away your 
services. I don't understand why you wouldn't charge for a pitch raise because it's a 
new customer. Almost all pitch raises are with new customers. Obviously the 
customer couldn't care less that you worked for free. You have to care about 
yourself, no one else will.
