Yes, New New York Steinway. What bothers me most is that they've loosened up again. I want to be the one in control of the friction. Are they going to just get looser and looser? Argh. Kent Webb wrote a response on the CAUT list. I cc'd him with my concerns. Hope I hear from him soon.
