I usually use a mixture of 50 % hot water and 50% wallpaperremover and in cerain cases it doesn't penetrate as easy. How much alcohol would you add? Pierre Gevaert It's not a specific ratio, but about 1/3 to 1/2 the volume, i.e. 2 oz isopropyl alcohol to 2-3 oz of water/wallpaperremover solution applied with a syringe. Stick the needle into the bushing cloth and inject a drop or two. I usually make two passes followed by steam from a dampened strip of cloth under a clothes iron.
