Hi Terry,
I use the driver end of a 1/4" socket driver extension
An 8 star deep well socket is the same as a straight sideed tool but =
might chew the sides a little if the nut is too tight.

  Supply houses don't list 'em in catalogs. McMaster-Carr doesn't seem =
to have them. Haven't found anything on a google search.
