Help with "bad" tuning...need help

Here is what I state in my own brochure:
0 to 10% correction  every 6 months
10 to 20%   tune again in 2 months and then every 6.
20 to 25% in 1 month and then every 6.

25% or more  in 2 weeks and then 3 months and then every 6.
