Help with bad tuning

Okay, okay, I was engaging in a little hyperbole. Mea culpa. But I'm not too
far off from what a couple of posters said they did. I don't have the exact
quotes because I already deleted the messages.

Ok... where did this come from ?  I looked through just about every post
written on the subject recently and for the life of me I can find
anything that anyone said that even closely resembles this.  To whom is
it you are refering to there Dean ?
