I was thinking that the hammers that cause the worst problem for me on this
model piano comes at the point where the hammer shanks start to get longer.
It seemes to me that there is a need for increased dip the longer the shank
becomes. So usually it is necessary for me to add dip until these few
hammers are working properly, either by removing front rail punchings or
gang raising the balance rail.
