I think the "r" is a "b".  Here's a rough stab; hard to say without seeing
the actual thing.  Maybe this will help someone else guess better?

yEPHIrIB = "oo-yor-ni-iv"  (Does the E have two dots over it?  Is the "y"
really a "y"?)

ANnAOM APYrOrO CrYNEHR = "ai-pa-om   aroo-vo-vo   svui-en-nya"
