Hello List et al Noodlers
With all the descriptions given for the term "Noodle" in the list recently
no-one has thought to give the real and original as broadcast by the BBC. It
comes from a bush (any relation?) and is harvested with great jubilation and
song in one of those way out colourful countries where politics and religion
are the
furthest from anyone's mind. The climate required to promote rapid growth of
the Noodle Bush is: warm, balmy, long sunny days, slight rainfall only
between 3:00am and 6:00am. In order to help promote this rapid growth teams
of guitarists play relaxing melodic music ad nauseum (ad Hoc too!) This is
why the packet has on it a label which, when correctly interpreted, says "A
Product of Nirvana" As a by-product, the longest noodles, when tended
carefully, may be used to string pianos. ( or make a noose)
Now. Where did I put that packet of noodles? :-)
Regards from the darkest Sussex where noodles will definitely not
proliferate....
