This is a multi-part message in MIME format. ---------------------- multipart/alternative attachment Hi Tom, I am really intrigued now. Replacing the cord, without removing the flange? Taking the dampers off, ok. I hope you succeed in getting an e-mail version of your handout. Best regards, John M. Also, since a lot of the Yamahas I work on are of the grey market variety, there's no need to resort to creative ways of obtaining Yamaha flanges. I always work in the shop and it takes about two hours to complete the job. Tom Cole ps: I'm working on getting an electronic copy of my handout to those who asked. Also would appreciate hearing how one goes about pricing this type of job. Phil Ryan Are these flanges not available new any more? Last set I did, replacing the flanges, took a couple of hours. Just checking. Things change on me when I'm not looking.
