Double drilling pinblocks: Hand held versus drill press.

About 20 years ago I overheard a well know rebuilder friend of mine answer a 
similar question about hand held drilling of pinblocks: His answer was, "If 
you don't got no drillpress you don't have no bizness rebuildn' anybody's fancy 
piano." Sort of stuck with me.
