Thirty years ago, it used to be the "Boys from Texas", who would 
sweep the countryside in medium sized trucks which fed semi trailers 
which hauled all this stuff down to the SW and the West Coast. Old 
uprights, spinets, runt grands, you name it. They were remembered for 
their large wads of $100 bills.
