Dean,

You are, of course, correct.

However, I chose to do the maximum distance capable to make a 
definitive statement for the player. That being, a heavier touch like 
the Steinway D that he dearly loves at the university. I take care of 
that piano as well.

As it turns out, it worked perfectly.
