Just don't remember if I fooled with the let-off. I did not remove any front rail punchings as there was excessive aftertouch to begin with. Time to remove four felts, readjust the capstans, adjust the backchecks somewhat and determine if the damper spoon lift and/or let-off absolutely needed to be readjusted and potentially increasing key travel by removing some front rail punchings: 1-2 hours?
