Hmm... and this was a realtively new Yamaha product as well eh ?? They 
normally are fairly close to spec.. so early damper lift and too much 
let off at the get go is a bit suprising. Still.. you never know :)  I'd 
have enjoyed the <<before>> and <<after>> experience on this one to be 
sure. Thanks for tipping us in on this one Keith
