Webb Phillips wood repair kit comes to mind. It can be built up and is
very strong and solid.

I'll second that. Webb Philips Wood Rebuilder will work well. It is pine
colored,very strong, and you can shape it with common woodworking
tool-chisals, rasps, sandpaper.  Another approach would be to splice the
keys using old key sticks and scarf joints.
