I'm with ya Wally. I'm going to start using the "all"
setting. I forgot to change from the high treble setting
to the bass setting the other day and popped a bass string
that didn't want to be over-pulled 36% (instead of 10%) very
bad. If all three markers are there, it will be a better
reminder that I'm switching ranges.

You are right, Phill, the 10% is usually too little
for the bass and 30% can be high for the middle. I
have found the best settings to be 15% in the bass and
28% in the middle. I left the high end at 36%. But
even that is off on some pianos.

I change between the three ranges manually as I get to
each section. I have never tried the "all three
showing at once" scale, even though I know it's there.
However, by changing manually, I admit I sometimes
forget and have to re-do some notes when I realize my
error. Maybe i should try the "all three" mode.

Let me know if you want me to show you.
