Carl, Persactly what I said needed to be done.<G> 'Cept I use a 3" disc in my drill,with 60-80 grit sandpaper, (self stick type). And, I clamp the shanks a bit more firmly with 3/4" x 1 1/4" (No, I don't have that in Metric!), strips of oak, clamped with small "hobbyist's" c-clamps.
